This Privacy Policy explains how Traders Destination Academy LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operating the AlgoSys algorithmic trading automation platform, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you access our website at https://algosys.co.in or use the AlgoSys platform at https://v2.algosys.co.in.

By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

• Broker and integration data: Broker account identifiers or client codes required to set up integrations. Authentication credentials, such as API keys or access tokens, that you provide to enable broker integrations you have authorised. We use these only for the integrations and services you enable.
• Usage and activity data: Strategy configurations, deployment settings, order instructions, webhook events, trade activity logs, and session activity generated through your use of the platform.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and approximate location inferred from IP, collected automatically when you access our website or platform.
• Payment and billing data: We receive confirmation of payment status and subscription details from our payment processor. We do not have access to your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials — these are handled by the payment processor.
• Support and communications data: Messages, queries, and information you provide when contacting our support team or submitting a contact form.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create, manage, and authenticate your account.
• Deliver and operate the platform and its features.
• Enable broker and third-party API integrations you have set up.

• Troubleshooting: To diagnose connectivity, execution, or configuration issues on request.
• Audit trail: To maintain a verifiable record of automated activity originating from your account.

This data represents a record of your own trading activity routed through the platform. It is not shared externally except as described in Section 6 (Data Sharing and Disclosure).

• Essential cookies: Required to maintain your session, authenticate your account, and enable core platform functionality. These cannot be disabled without impacting your ability to use the platform.

• Broker and API integrations: Order instructions and relevant account identifiers are transmitted to the brokers and platforms you have authorised, solely to execute the integrations you have configured.
• Payment processors: We share necessary billing information with Razorpay to process subscription payments. Razorpay's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
• Service providers: We engage third-party providers for cloud hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, and customer support tooling. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
• Legal and compliance: We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or a request from a competent regulatory or governmental authority.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity. We will provide notice before such a transfer takes effect.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to provide you with the service, and thereafter only where we have a legitimate basis to do so. In practice:
