Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the AlgoSys platform operated by Traders Destination Academy LLP. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms described below.

If you have a payment dispute or a billing query, contact us at info@algosys.co.in before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

2. Platform Subscriptions

All paid subscription plans on AlgoSys are non-refundable once activated. Before charging your payment method, we provide a 7-day free trial on eligible plans so you can evaluate the platform at no cost. By subscribing to a paid plan after your trial period, you acknowledge that:

• You have had the opportunity to assess the platform during the trial.
• Subscription fees are charged for access to the platform, regardless of usage level.
• No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods, unused plan features, or mid-cycle cancellations.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.

3. Training and Educational Materials

Purchases of training programmes, webinars, live sessions, recorded courses, and other educational content are non-refundable once you have accessed or attended them, in full or in part. Access to any module, session, or lesson — whether streamed, downloaded, or attended live — constitutes use under this policy.

Please review the course outline and any preview material carefully before purchasing.

4. Custom Strategy Development

If you have engaged AlgoSys for custom algorithmic strategy development and AlgoSys is unable to deliver the agreed strategy according to the written and mutually approved specifications, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for that engagement.

Important conditions:

• Refunds under this clause are evaluated only against the documented specification agreed at project initiation.
• Partial delivery, delays, or performance disagreements (e.g. strategy results in live markets) do not qualify for a refund under this clause.
• If a scope change was agreed verbally or informally after the original specification, we cannot be held to the original spec for refund purposes.

5. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or charged more than once for the same service, please contact us immediately at info@algosys.co.in with your registered email address and order details. Verified billing errors will be corrected or refunded promptly, typically within 7 business days of verification.

6. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request:

1. Email info@algosys.co.in with the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Name / Order ID]
2. Include your registered email address, the relevant order or transaction details, and the reason for your request.
3. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to the policies of your bank or payment provider.
